I spoke with Robert on Monday afternoon about a hornet problem that was making life miserable for both my neighbor and I. Surprisingly, Robert came the next morning, explaining that hornet and wasp calls are priorities. Once Robert put on his protective suit and began treating, I understood why your company put us at the top of the call list. I was amazed at the number of yellow jackets and the aggression of these insects. Had someone accidently stepped on the nest, it could have well proven fatal. In the past 3 days, there have been no returning wasps or hornets to any of the nests.
